Welcome to WeSalute Open!

We're excited to announce the launch of our new website for WeSalute Open. This is your one-stop shop for all things WeSalute, including best practices, compliance, employment law, and policies.

Thank you for taking the time to read and review WeSalute Open. Your involvement assists us in achieving our mission of delivering value to those who serve. We aim to create a transparent and standardized set of guidelines, rules, policies, legal, and operational procedures to ensure a clear and consistent Team Member experience. At WeSalute, we are dedicated to ensuring transparency and simplicity in our operations, compliance measures, and employment policies. We aim to make it effortless for you to navigate our new documentation site, a comprehensive resource that is easy to search, understand, and integrate into your work life. As the People Operations Team, we pledge to leverage WeSalute Open as our delivery platform, striving to create a consistent, adaptable, and fulfilling employment experience for all Team Members. We will make announcements when there are new policies, updates, or changes to WeSalute Open. Further, this documentation is backed by git, and a full drilled down changelog is available upon request.

What will you find here at WeSalute Open?​

  • WeSalute Open Handbook : The single source of trust for our organization's guiding principles, legal and compliance policies, and employment.
  • WeSalute Open Blog : Our announcement and updates channel. Here you’ll find written topics on developments around People Operations and WeSalute Open.
  • WeSalute Constellation : Our “intranet”, of internal and external sites that help facilitate our operations, i.e. the WeSalute Design System and WeSalute KPIs.
  • WeSalute Training : In a future release of WeSalute Open, we’ll be documenting and sharing our continuing education and training operations.
