OE Group

The Operational Excellence Group is a management working group that's tasked with the execution and operations of Opertional Excellence. The OE Group's goal is to create clarity around Operational Excellence with structure and documentation. Then enable Team Members to do great work with Team Member enablement and company-wide delivery. The OE Group documents the operations that need to be done to achieve Operational Excellence in WeSalute OS and works to provide deliverables as many cycles ahead of the greater team to create as smooth experience as possible.

Responsibilities​

  1. Updating internal visualizations to current time-series.
  2. Updating company-wide Google Calendar to reflect time-series.
  3. Company-wide annoucements for beginning and end of time-series.
  4. Delivering and maintaining company-wide helper assets.
  5. Conducting and reviewing Team Member feedback on Operational Excellence.
  6. Updating Operational Excellence based on Team Member feedback.
  7. Identifing ineffiencies and pain-points.
  8. Maintaining and updating OE FAQs.
  9. Maintaining and updating OE Terms.
  10. Creating OE clarity.
