Benefits represent non-wage compensation you are eligible for in addition to your salary. When you add your benefits to your salary, you get your total compensation package. Before or on your first day at WeSalute, PeopleOps will meet with you to outline your benefits package. Company benefits may change from time to time and WeSalute Open: Benefits is your source for any new developments related to benefits.

WeSalute offers a range of attractive discretionary benefits. These benefits include an extensive health insurance package, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, unpaid time off, leaves of absence, parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plans and career training. Your status as a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME Team Member will determine your discretionary benefits package.
All Team Members at WeSalute enjoy the benefits of 100% remote-first work including a laptop workstation. WeSalute also is a technology company that has many technology partners. Whenever possible, we extend the benefits of the services afforded by these technology partners to all Team Members.
As a business, WeSalute also creates benefits for our veteran and family customers, who are eligible as members for these benefits. As a Team Member, you also have access to these same benefits.
