Team Member Referrals​

Referral Benefit​

FULL-TIME PART-TIME

If you know someone that would be a great addition to our team, WeSalute offers a $500 referral benefit to all Team Members. The referral reward will be split into two equal payments of $250 and distributed through WeSalute's regular payroll process. The first payment will be made in the pay cycle following the referred candidate's six-month anniversary of employment, and the second payment will be made in the pay cycle following their one-year anniversary of employment.

Eligible candidates meet the following criteria:

  • The referred candidate is not an existing Team Member or an applicant who has already been considered for the same position.

  • The referred candidate applies via Lever Referrals for the open position. This ensures proper attibution and tracking throughout the recruitment process.

  • The referred candidate successfully completes a probationary period of 90 days.

  • The referred candidate remains employed with WeSalute for a continuous period of one year from their start date.

The Sr. Administrative Director, HR Coordinator, and Team Leaders are responsible for Employment Referrals and reward payments.
