The Opportunity Window is the period of time in an OE Cycle where the following takes place:

The Opportunity Window is kicked off 6 business weeks prior to the End of Quarter period with an OS Refresh. The OS Owner is notified to review their documentation and WeSalute Team Members dedicate their time to contributing new documentation and updating existing documentation. OS Refresh Cycle continues for another 5 weeks, with a full with no overlapping intervals. 5 Weeks prior to the End of Quarter the OKR Ideation period begins. OKR Ideation is a collaborative effort where WeSalute Team Members are encouraged to review the Company-Wide OKRs Published, the WeSalute Operation System, and speak with fellow Team Members to beging drafting Team and Individual OKRs that align with company-wide OKRs. The combination of OS Refresh and OKR Ideation is designed to look at the state of the WeSalute Operating System, encompassing workflows, product, operations, and technical documentation and look for opportunities to create outcomes that align with the company-wide OKRs. The OS Refresh Cycle ends 1 business week prior to End of Quarter with the OKR Ideation period ending at the last day of the Quarter, making the end of the Opportunity Window.
