Purpose

The purpose of the Confidentiality Policy at WeSalute is to establish guidelines and expectations for employees regarding the handling and protection of sensitive information entrusted to them in the course of their employment. This policy aims to uphold the confidentiality of employee, customer, and business information to maintain trust, integrity, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This policy applies to all employees of WeSalute who have access to sensitive information in the course of their job duties. It encompasses all forms of sensitive information, including personal data, proprietary business information, and trade secrets, and outlines the responsibilities of employees in safeguarding this information.

Employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information they have access to during the course of their employment. This includes personal information about employees, customers, and stakeholders, as well as proprietary and confidential business information.

Employees are required to implement appropriate safeguards to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information. This may include using password protection, encryption, secure storage methods, and adhering to company policies and procedures for handling confidential information.

Policy Review, Disciplinary, & Responsibility

Policy Review

To ensure continued compliance with legal and ethical standards and to adapt to evolving security threats, this policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary. Changes to the policy will be communicated to all employees to ensure awareness and adherence to confidentiality guidelines. Disciplinary Action

Employees who violate this policy may face disciplinary consequences in proportion to their violation. WeSalute management will determine how serious an employee’s offense is and take the appropriate action
