This policy applies to all WeSalute employees who work remotely, regardless of their location. It encompasses guidelines for maintaining a quiet workspace, establishing designated work areas, and promoting effective communication while respecting individual preferences and needs.

Employees are expected to minimize noise disruptions and maintain a quiet atmosphere during remote work hours to support concentration and productivity.

Utilize appropriate communication channels, such as messaging or email, for non-urgent discussions to avoid unnecessary noise disturbances.

Designated Quiet Workspaces

Establish a designated workspace within the home that is conducive to quiet work and free from excessive noise distractions.

Noise Management

Implement noise management strategies, such as using noise-canceling headphones or soundproofing solutions, to minimize external distractions.

Policy Review

WeSalute reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in business needs and/or best practices. Any updates will be communicated to Team Members in a timely manner.

Disciplinary Action

Employees who violate this policy may face disciplinary consequences in proportion to their violation. WeSalute management will determine how serious an employee’s offense is and takes the appropriate action.
