Scope
This policy applies to all employees, supervisors, managers, and executives of WeSalute with access to employee performance information, regardless of format or medium.
Policy Elements
Confidentiality
Employee performance information, including evaluations, feedback, disciplinary actions, and occurrence records, is confidential and accessible only on a need-to-know basis.
Access Control
Access to employee performance information is restricted to authorized personnel with legitimate business reasons.
Disclosure
Unauthorized disclosure of employee performance information is strictly prohibited.
Handling Procedures
All employees must follow proper procedures when accessing, storing, and transmitting employee performance information to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Training
WeSalute provides training to employees on confidentiality, privacy, and proper handling procedures for employee performance information.
Policy Review, Disciplinary, & Responsibility
Policy Review
Changes are made as necessary to adapt to legal requirements, industry standards, or organizational needs. Employees are informed of changes, and training is provided for compliance.
Disciplinary Action
Employees who violate this policy may face disciplinary consequences in proportion to their violation. WeSalute management will determine how serious an employee's offense is and takes the appropriate action.
Responsibility
Team Leaders and People Operations are responsible for ensuring policy compliance.
