At WeSalute, we comply with the required legal policies and procedures because it is the right thing to do and because we value integrity.
We are not looking to find loopholes in the law. All of our legal policies we have are there for a reason. They help protect our company, our Team Members, and our customers. This is why WeSalute is serious about compliance with the law.
Our business and technology environment is constantly evolving and the compliance target is always moving. To stay compliant with federal laws, WeSalute may be required to frequently update policies. WeSalute needs your support to adapt to new policies and procedures to keep our business secure and operating smoothly. In this way, we stand united as a team to value and protect our mission and goals.
At WeSalute we use a human resources information system platform ("HRIS") called "Deel." It is our platform for payroll, benefits, time, scheduling, and talent management, and compliance. You will have your own designated account in Deel to keep your own records and manage them with Deel tools.
Our Deel platform is our central source for collecting Team Member signatures. You will be notified through Deel when we need your signature for new policies or to renew policy documentation with your signature. All legal policies will live in your Deel profile under "My eSignature" for you to review and sign.
WeSalute Open will be your source of truth for our Legal and Compliance Policies. By using WeSalute Systems you agree to the policies of WeSalute Open. We encourage you to reach out to PeopleOps via the Help Desk if you have questions regarding any policies.
WeSalute can implement modifications to WeSalute Open: Legal & Compliance Policies at any time. Planned updates to WeSalute Open will be on a biannual basis. All Team Members will be notified of any modifications.
