Reporting Misconduct
Team Members who become aware of or experience misconduct outside of work that involves coworkers, clients, or others associated with WeSalute are encouraged to report it to People Operations. Please note, these tickets are confidential and are only seen by PeopleOps.

Upon receiving a report of misconduct outside of work, People Operations will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation to gather relevant information and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include interviewing involved parties, collecting evidence, and consulting with legal counsel if necessary.
Confidentiality
Information obtained during the investigation will be handled confidentially to the extent possible, while still ensuring a thorough and fair process. Confidentiality will be maintained to protect the privacy of all parties involved, except where disclosure is necessary to conduct the investigation or take appropriate action.
